Britney’s featured in OK! magazine’s special issue for having a slammin’ body.

“I’m very big on being healthy and working out three times a week,” Britney says. “I go to bed early and get my beauty sleep. I also drink lots of water to keep my body hydrated.”

Brit works out with her trainer, Derek DeGrazio, and eats six small meals per day to keep her metabolism burning calories consistently.
