BH Buzz: New Kylie Minogue Demo “Sugar High” Surfaces

March 4, 2016 By Jordan Miller

Plus, new music from Austin Mahone, Martin Garrix and more.

■ A demo titled “Sugar High,” thought to be recorded for Kylie Minogue’s 2014 Kiss Me Once album, mysteriously surfaced on Friday. The funky unfinished track shows off Minogue’s sugary sweet side, whisper-singing an infectious tune about getting a head rush from the excitement over falling in love. “I wanna be on my back / you know I like it like that / and then we’ll go *** for tat.”

The SoundCloud page shows the song was uploaded three months ago but is only now made available to stream. User mcnaugha comments the demo sounds like something from 2003’s Body Language.
