And it drops tomorrow.

Beyoncé’s doing the unexpected again.

With two major fall magazine covers and a headliner slot at Made In America, the Beyhive were expecting their Queen B to announce news of new material some time soon – but I’m sure they weren’t predicting this.

Naughty Boy has enlisted the superstar as the female vocalist on his new single “Runnin’ (Lose It All),” which also features newcomer Arrow Benjamin.

The producer, probably better known as Zayn Malik’s ex-BFF, announced the news on Twitter with a 33-hour countdown. Yes, that means the song will drop tomorrow night (Sept. 17) at 7pm ET.

If Beyoncé learned anything from her hugely successful self-titled LP it’s that the unexpected works, so hopefully “Runnin'” will serve as a nice introduction to its anticipated follow-up.

Naughty Boy has released a 15-second teaser where we can hear Bey sing acapella with a sole piano, “I’ve been calling you / So where are you? / I’m missing you.”

Sounds like another killer ballad from Mrs Carter. Check it out, below.
