See her patriotic pose!

Beyonce has posed for yet another magazine, despite seemingly not having any new material on the horizon.

2015 has largely been a rest year for Bey. Of course “rest” in Beyonce world still means award show appearances, glam fashion shoots, the odd guest feature, music festival performances and a string of seemingly random magazine shoots & covers.

Her latest front cover is for Beat Magazine and the image shows Beyonce in model mode as an American flag swells behind her.

Beat’s Michael Cragg spoke very highly of the Runnin’ singer’s collaboration with their publication:

You know those times in your life where you think, ‘Blimey, imagine if blah blah blah happened’ and then you laugh at yourself because actually ‘blah blah blah’ is a pipe dream. People will tell you ‘blah blah blah’ is never going to happen because it’s such an outlandish idea. But still, it niggles away at you because while the world keeps turning and maybe you’ve somehow earned good karma or some ****, ‘blah blah blah’ could still happen. In theory at least.

Well theory be damned because BEAT magazine – this free music paper that started out as a fanzine in a window-less basement in east London – has made one of its ’blah blah blahs’ happen.

Ladies and gentleman. Pray silence and please be upstanding for the actual BEYONCÉ on the cover of the new issue of BEAT.

Shot by Ryan McGinley in the Hamptons, the cover, as you can see, encapsulates everything everyone loves about Beyoncé: (Sasha) Fierce. Unfeasibly, almost disarmingly, cool. Strong. Bold. Empowered. An American ******* idol.

The issue’s out on October 21 from all the usual places.

What do you think all this recent Yonce promo is leading to? Will she “stop the world” with another surprise digital drop again on December 13, 2015? Or is this the Beyonce way of passing some time while she recuperates from spending the previous two years touring the planet?
