Miller will take a break from working on her sophomore record to tour with Gomez.

Bea Miller scored her golden ticket!

Miller got her start on The X Factor with Britney Spears as her mentor, and she’s well on her way to becoming an A-list pop star. It was announced today (April 20) Miller will be the opening act on Selena Gomez’s upcoming Revival World Tour which kicks off May 6 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

The 17-year-old released her first album, Not An Apology, last July, where it debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200. The record featured “Fire N Gold” and “Young Blood,” songs she’ll likely perform next month. According to Billboard, Miller is currently recording her sophomore effort.

“I am looking forward to starting this new chapter by putting the finishing touches on my new album, and also looking forward to sharing my new music on the Revival Tour,” said Miller in a statement. “I have been lucky enough to create music with not only some of the greatest writers and producers in the world, but also with some of the greatest people in the world. I’m looking forward to sharing this new music with my fans and them getting to see a more raw and honest side of me.”

Miller will perform ahead of Gomez through her July 9 show in Anaheim. DNCE is also slated to perform during Gomez’s North American leg of the tour.
