Ariana Grande Says She’ll Take A Little Break After ‘Thank U, Next’
Ariana Grande’s new tune reign won’t let up.
The pop star just dropped her fifth studio album, Thank U, Next, and it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Regardless of how it continues to sell, or chart success, or an upcoming tour to prep for, Ariana found a second home inside the recording studio, and she’s unwilling to leave.
The singer revealed she’s already back in the recording studio making new music. Better yet – a new song titled “Juice,” co-written with Justin Tranter and produced by Andrew “Pop” Wansel, among others, appeared on a music publishing registration site. Ariana collaborated with them on on TU,N, including “Fake Smile.”
A new Ariana Grande’s song titled “Juice” has been registered and it features herself, Justin Tranter, Andrew Wansel and Happy Perez as its writers.
Recording music is a process she attributes to saving her life.
“I made [TUN] with my best friends over the course of a really small period of time, and it kind of saved my life,” Grande said in her interview on the Zach Sang Show. “It was kind of this super challenging chapter that sucked, and then my friends made it amazing and special.”
She added: “It turned everything around in my life. It sounds really corny, but it was the most beautiful,” she said before admitting, “I don’t think life has ever been as bad as it was when [we started].”
Will Ari drop her sixth album in the coming months? Let’s hope so, but according to Ari herself… she’ll take a little break after the dust settles. During an impromptu appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Ari said she’s sick of her own damn voice and wants to take a little break. It’s worth mentioning that she still has plans to record.
Just let homegirl skip the tour and keep dropping Spotify smashers.
