The pop star was slated to perform at The Chelsea in The Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas on Saturday (Dec. 29), but was forced to cancel reportedly due to a bout of bronchitis.

People, who confirmed the news, claims this would have been Ariana’s first performance since breaking up with ex-fiance Pete Davidson. They might have missed Ariana’s appearance on The Tonight Show singing “Imagine.”

“Vegas, I’m currently working through some health issues and am beyond sorry I won’t be able to see you this weekend,” she wrote. “I love you and so look forward to seeing you and making it up to you next year.”

“Love you the most,” Ari added. “You’re so funny sometimes man. Thank you for your patience. I will make it worth the wait.”

It’s been a rough year for Grande. Following the Manchester attack, Ari dealt with the breakup and untimely death of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, as well as the dissolution of her relationship with Davidson. Billboard named Sweetener album of the year, but it probably doesn’t feel so special when her personal life is in shambles. Rest up, Ari.
