Last night, I was talking to someone about the entire episode where some server for Mark Vincent Kaplan gives Alli a subpoena at 3:30 AM. My argument was that it was done at that time, in that setting for publicity. To make it more dramatic. The person I was speaking with said “If they wanted to do it for publicity, they would have done it in front of the paparazzi.” Well dude, here you are.

Alli looks shocked, and confused. I’m sure this puts her in such an awkward, difficult position.

Here is a video of Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan explaining why Alli was served with papers. This is what he said to Extra as well: “Kevin is very serious about the case he’s filed.” He continued, & I can tell you that we believe she [Alli] has been around the environment where the kids are and she’s been around and witness to many things. The deposition subpoena requires her to be cross examined by me in front of the court reporter and that’s just one step in preparing our case.” What a creep. August 11, 2007.
