The singer laughed and said: “s–t, wrong words.”
“S–t, wrong words.”
You might not have believed it, but Adele is human, and she makes mistakes like the rest of us. Just take her recent flub while performing at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal last week. During “Million Years Ago” off 25, Adele forgot the words to the song but laughed it off.
“****, wrong words,” she said with a chuckle. The crowd joined in on the hilarious moment. “Should I sing the right words? Sorry.”

As Billboard points out, Adele is getting the last laugh. Last year, the chart topping songstress won songwriter of the year at the Ivor Novello Awards and is the reigning IFPI Global Recording Artist of the Year. She also reportedly inked a $130 million deal with Sony.
Last Sunday, Adele premiered the music video for her latest single, “Send My Love (To Your New Lover),” at the Billboard Music Awards after winning the award for Top Billboard 200 Album.
