Adele Expands Australian Leg of the ’25’ Tour

Adele is heading down under.

Well that was fast! Adele announced she’ll tour Australia last week, and the “unbelievable and overwhelming level of demand” pushed the 25 singer to add more show dates.

Adele’s Australia leg is now seven shows. She’ll kick things off in Perth on Feb. 28 before heading to Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and concluding March 19 at Etihad Stadium. She’ll also perform a one-off show at Auckland’s Mt Smart Stadium on March 23, Billboard reports.

Meanwhile, Adele just finished up and was met with a hand-made welcome home banner from her son Angelo.

“I just finished my 107 shows in 10 months. 100% live every night,” she said. “I bloody smashed it, even if I do say so myself. You lot have been incredible, every night you’ve been so beautiful, loving and engaged.
My band and my crew you made the whole thing turn. And my beautiful family made it easy for me to do.
Big love x”

She also hinted at having baby number two at the final stop of her North American leg in Phoenix, AZ.

“Give it up for me – I did it!” she said. “I’ll see you on the other side. I’m going to have another baby!”

For the first time ever, Adele will tour in Australia.

She penned a handwritten letter to fans confirming she’ll kick off that leg in Perth on Feb. 28 before heading to Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and finishing up in Melbourne on March 18.

“I was wondering if after 10 years in this game you’d finally like to meet me in: Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide? Yep! I am coming down under,” Adele wrote.

She’ll play “in the round, out doors and upgrading myself to stadiums to make sure I get to see as many of you as possible.” Promoters are aiming to make the experience feel intimate, as much as a show of that grandeur can be.
