Adele eyes the No. 1 spot for a second consecutive week.
Adele blew away the competition with her first week sales of “25,” and there’s no signs of slowing down.
The “Water Under The Bridge” singer flew to No. 1 this week after debuting with 3.38 million, becoming the year’s top selling album in the U.S. in just one week.
The songstress was responsible for 41 percent of all album sales last week.
And even more incredible, her previous No. 1 album, 21, returns to the Top 10 this week. It jumps from No. 25 to No. 9 with 46,000 units.
All the hype surrounding Adele will help her land at No. 1 for a second consecutive week this week when she moves another 850-875K, Hits Daily Double predicts.
In other words, Rihanna should probably hold off on releasing ANTi.
