Good news. Britney Spears says she’s going to stay quiet about her private life.
The belly baring singer is in a snit because she thinks that an Allure article about her ran too much info about her — including tidbits that she told the magazine. Spears confided to the mag that she and her new hubby, Kevin Federline, were having some issues.
“We hit a little bit of reality, hardcore, after the first three weeks. But we handled it fine, and now things are starting to go really smooth,” Spears told the magazine. “Before we got married we were on tour, and we were just like kids, ordering room service, saying, ‘Let’s go out tonight. Then, all of a sudden, you have this home, you have the kids [Federline’s children Kaleb and Kori], you have to get the diapers, get the dog to the vet. It’s this reality. Like oh my God, I have to tell the maid to buy diapers and get the pool boy to walk the dog? Can’t I just make out with Kevin all the time? Being married sucks.”
Now, it seems that Spears regrets having been so candid. “I feel the article focused too much on my personal life and various events from my past,” she opines on her Web site. “I’ve already dealt with these issues with the support of my family & friends and have fully moved on. In the future, I will refrain from discussing my private life in interviews.”
