Monday's big announcement was a no-brainer.
Zedd set a countdown on his website over the weekend and it finally clocked down to a big tour reveal on Monday afternoon (May 11).
The DJ will kick off the trek on September 4 in San Francisco, California and make his way to some big (and small) cities in United States, before wrapping things up on October 31 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Now this wasn't an entirely groundbreaking announcement considering the folks behind his website jumped one step ahead of the game and included "Zedd: True Colors Tour" in the website bar title before the clock ended. If that isn't an HTML fail, I don't know what is. However, it looks like he has some more surprises up his sleeve since some of the tour dates are blurred out on his website. One can only assume that means the DJ will be apart of a few yet-to-be announced music festivals.
Back in April, Zedd unveiled a promotional track featuring his Interscope labelmate Bahari called "Addicted to a Memory." It's one of the many collaborations on his new LP, which is set to drop on May 18, including team-ups with Jon Bellion, Echosmith, and, of course, Selena Gomez.

Now, who's willing to start a petition to demand he churns out a revamped EDM version of Cyndi Lauper's hit "True Colors" during his show?
