The rumors were true! Zayn Malik has a collaboration with Nicki Minaj on his forthcoming album. The singer confirmed the news during an interview on the BBC's Radio 1 show.

That's three big collabs for Zayn in less than a year. He kicked off the string of hits with Taylor Swift on "I Don't Wanna Live Forever," which just won Best Collaboration at the VMAs, and most recently released a Sia-assisted track titled "Dusk Till Dawn." Watch the newly-premiered music video for that here. It'll also definitely secure Nicki another spot on the Hot 100, protecting her record for most hits on the chart by a woman ever (features count).
In a recent interview with Vogue, Zayn described his forthcoming album as "organized," adding it was "an evolution." He also confirmed Malay's participation, which is exciting because he's responsible for producing and writing most of Mind Of Mine. If Zayn's gripping stage fright didn't get the best of him, that album could have really smashed.
“I feel like my songwriting definitely developed, just because I’ve been doing it so much. I feel like the songs are a bit more organized, where I felt like, before, that Mind of Mine was a brainstorm," he tells VMan. "That’s why I called it Mind of Mine, because it was ideas that I had that I put out. This one is more thought out. I had more time to process everything and go through it all. It’s an evolution.”
