Adam Levine is a piece of meat in his new music video for "Animals."
It's always flattering when someone finds you attractive. Maybe they want to take you out on a date. You know, grab a steak dinner, maybe a little cuddle sesh afterwards. That perfectly describes Maroon 5's new "Animals" music video by director Samuel Bayer ("Payphone"). Oh, and the intense stalking, meat hugging, blood bathing psychotic stalking episode splashed in there.
The prey, played by Adam's wife model Behati Prinsloo, has no idea she's being chased throughout the video, yet they suddenly begin hooking up. It's up to the viewer to decide if his (literal) crazy charm seduced her into bed, or if it's simply his twisted fantasy.
Very Justin Timberlake "Cry Me A River."
