Troye Sivan taps industry heavy hitters for his new record.
Troye Sivan enlists several music giants for his forthcoming record.
Troye Sivan just dropped his shiny new tune and it's flashy music video for "My My My," a shimmery gem that quickly replaced "Filthy" as the year's best pop release, and there's more where that came from.
In a new interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, Troye revealed he tapped some major musical heavy hitters for his sophomore album, like the Max Martin camp.
It's not clear if Martin himself put his Midas touch on any of the songs. If he did, needless to say... that's a VERY. BIG. DEAL. Martin has helped create some of the biggest pop songs of the last two decades.
Others who made the cut? Alex Hope (Blue Neighbourhood songwriter), Leland (Selena Gomez's "Fetish"), Bram Inscore, pop singer Allie X and Ariel Rechtshaid (Beyonce, Adele, Madonna).
Troye also adds that the still unnamed record centers around love – a huge contrast to his debut record.
