Tinashe covers Tom Tom Club's "Genius of Love" for a new Target TV spot.

While Tinashe readies her forthcoming album Joyride, a handful of her songs continue to plague the singer's pending release. Last week, five never-before-heard songs spilled onto the Internet, including “Same Old Me,” “Pour Your Love On Me,” “No To Me,” “Just A Taste” and “April Moon.” It's unclear if the tracks are previously recorded songs from her Amethyst mixtape or for the new record, but on Monday (Feb. 22), another song she recorded possibly for Joyride surfaced. It's a cover of Tom Tom Club's 1981 hit "Genius of Love" which Mariah Carey also sampled for her song "Fantasy" in 1995. The song is featured in a new televised ad for Target.
