The Weeknd's music video for "Party Monster" reveals his beauty behind the madness.
Tesfaye dropped a deliriously dizzying music video for "Party Monster" featuring Lana Del Rey.
His menacing creative vision picks up where the Starboy mini-film left off. In the BRTHR-directed visual, the singer is seen whizzing around in a high-speed car chase while hazy hues of red and blue flash across the screen and engulf the singer, leaving him to fantasize about his terrifying unconscious reality.
Tesfaye is eventually joined by a couple of scantily clad demonic women who beam lasers out of their eyes before their faces melt off. The visions are too much for him to handle, so he takes matters into his own hands. Paranoid much?
That lyric is lifted from The Weeknd's Starboy track "Party Monster," featuring Lana Del Rey, which is set to receive a proper music video on Thursday (Jan. 12) by directors Alex Lee and Kyle Wightman known as BRTHR.
It's curious timing, considering the new photos of him and Selena Gomez making out surfaced today, but nothing in Hollywood should surprise you anymore.
He just need a girl who gon' really understand.
