The Chainsmokers’ “Paris” Music Video Is Like A Modern Day ‘Wizard Of Oz’

There's no place like home.

The Chainsmokers stayed-put atop the Hot 100 for most of 2016. Their recipe for success was reinterpreted into "Paris," the lead single off their forthcoming album Memories: Do Not Open (out April 7), and today the EDM duo dropped a melancholy music video for it. Visually, it's their most-polished clip to-date.

It stars Victoria's Secret angel Martha Hunt as a dazed lonely heart staring out the window of her lush L.A. home (correct: "Paris" does not take place in the city of lights). Drew Taggart and Alex Pall are seen walking through a field and gazing up at the lost soul as her house begins to literally take flight into the clouds. Eventually, she takes a leap of faith and lands back in bed – no better off than when her trip began. Watch below:
