EARLIER // SEPTEMBER 19:

The Chainsmokers are recording with the big boys.

It’s safe to say The Chainsmokers are bonafide music superstars. They’re sitting pretty at No. 1 on the Hot 100 for a third week with their Halsey-assisted song “Closer,” but there’s no rest for the willing. The EDM duo made up of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart are busy crafting new tunes for a studio album, and it could feature collaborations from Coldplay’s Chris Martin, OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder and possibly U2’s Bono.

See you at the top of the charts, gentlemen!
