Sophomore LP is currently in the works.Charlamagne Tha God is one tough character, but he's one of the reasons that Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club” is so great. On Thursday (December 17), Iggy Azalea took to the Twitterverse to share an update on her new album, Digital Distortion, and confessed to fans that she actually played the set for the notorious hip hop villain. Whether you like her or not, you have to admit, that was a pretty big move on her end. Not only did she let Charlemagne hear the LP, but she also “feels good” about the honest feedback he offered her. During her string of tweets, she revealed that the hip hop personality was surprised to hear that she had been working on new tunes and not crawled up in a ball crying her eyes out for the last 12 months. Fun fact: She did crawl up in a ball and cry her eyes out, but that was only for part of the year. Iggy also told fans that she ended up writing “some last minute hooks” with Bebe Rexha, who convinced the Aussie pop rapper to do some “ugly singing.” We’re not sure if that’s going to sound very pleasant, but sometimes some of the best things happen when you put yourself in situations that you don’t feel very comfortable in. Let's not forget: Bebe was also the mastermind behind Eminem and Rihanna's Grammy Award-winning "The Monster" and her 2014 gem "I'm Gonna Show You Crazy."
