Pop star also brought out the world champion U.S. Women's Soccer Team.
Taylor Swift did it again. During her East Rutherford, New Jersey stop of her mega-successful 1989 World Tour on Friday night (July 10), Tay brought out some celebrity friends, including Lena Dunham and Gigi Hadid, but fans were genuinely surprised when The Weeknd walked out on stage.
Mid-show, Swift brought out the pop star-in-the-making for a duet performance of his hit song, "Can't Feel My Face." Tay lets him kick off the number, before putting her arm around the singer and giving us all the feels. She took second verse duties and sounded pretty damn great on the track. So, listen up you two, how about you get your asses in the studio and record an actual duet for us?
"Will you say a warm hello to my friend, The Weeknd," Swift asked her audience. Just another body to add to her already-large circle of friends. This is what we call #SquadGoals.
thank you for having me last night @taylorswift13 . 83,000 people never looked better. XO
