Shania Twain Joins “The Voice” As Key Adviser

Prepping a comeback? Join “The Voice.”

Shania Twain is following in the footsteps of Gwen Stefani and Alicia Keys by heading to the red chairs before her new music drops… kinda.

The legendary country singer hasn’t signed up as a judge, nor will she be spinning on a red leather seat, but she will serve as the Key Adviser on a new episode.

Twain will provide support to all 12 remaining contestants, as opposed to being a certain judge’s guest mentor, like Rihanna and Miley Cyrus have done in previous seasons.

In February, the “Come On Over” icon told Rolling Stone that her long-awaited fifth album would be released in May, however no official announcement has been made.

Somehow it’s been 15 years since she released her fourth album “Up!” so a new Shania Twain album would be a huge moment in music. Please don’t make us wait too long!

In the meantime, we can watch Shania share her wisdom with new talent on the April 24 episode.
