It felt like Shakira released her Maluma-assisted track "Chantaje" last year (and a salsa version for her birthday) then bounced. To be fair, the Colombian pop super star lent her vocals on a couple of one-off productions in the recent months, including a feature on a song with Carlos Vives and another with Prince Royce, but rest assured her return is imminent.
Shak confirmed in a Tweet to Perez Hilton her eleventh studio album and tour are approaching "very soon."

If you're keeping tabs, Shakira's new LP is jam-packed with star studded talent. She linked up with MAGIC!, has a song with Sean Paul produced by David Guetta titled "Temple" and possibly one with Calvin Harris. Iggy Azalea's name was thrown in the mix at one point as well.
