Selena Gomez's latest studio album Revival is still fresh in our minds, but she's already preparing a follow-up.
Gomez will embark on a world tour beginning May 6 in Las Vegas, but that hasn't stopped her from crafting new tunes. The "Hands To Myself" singer admitted several weeks ago she was back in the recording studio "with everybody that I love," adding she was "more inspired than ever,” and one of the people she adores is producer Ross Golan.
Golan is responsible for helping some of the biggest stars in music create chart toppers. In the past, Golan collaborated with Gomez on “Same Old Love,” as well as Justin Bieber on “Take You,” Nicki Minaj (“Marilyn Monroe”), One Direction (“If I Could Fly”), Maroon 5 (“Unkiss Me”), Demi Lovato (“Hold Up”), Charlie Puth, Prince Royce and most recently Ariana Grande on “Dangerous Woman."
Gomez and Golan reunited in the studio over the weekend.
Gomez mentioned a few weeks back she'd like a Weeknd-vibe record, citing him, M.I.A. and Pharrell for she wants to admire and work with.
