Scooter Braun's Thoughts On Managing Kanye West Might Surprise You:

Scooter told the CBS host that the MC is basically misunderstood*~.

Just about a month ago, it was revealed that Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun had partnered up with Kanye West to help the hip-hop titan with managerial duties.

During a recent chat with “CBS This Morning” co-host Charlie Rose, Braun explained that he and ‘Ye have been friends for years, but never took their 10-year-long relationship to the professional level because he was a little hesitant to that it’d ruin things. Despite talking about it multiple times, the two decided to make the leap with a little convincing from the MC and Scooter appears to have a plan in mind.

“I can tell you the one thing that is my goal with working with him is I hope the world gets to see the guy that I’ve gotten to know. A lot of people have an assumption that he might be selfish or arrogant. The guy who I’ve gotten to know—who I am learning to translate to others—is someone who literally got himself in financial trouble because he would give the shirt off his back to help someone.”

Braun went on to admit that ‘Ye is nothing more than a compassionate human, who ends up exhausting himself because he’s consistently helping others. “At his core, he’s one of the best people I’ve ever met,” he said, before explaining that he’d like to help Kanye out in various areas, including the apparel department and whatever creatives nuggets that the rapper has in that head of his.

Asked if he’s aware that he drives almost everyone crazy, the super-manager replied: “I think he understands.”

Considering that Braun isn’t managing Ariana Grande anymore, he definitely has some room to add to his plate.
