Britney's ex-manager, Sam Lutfi, who was issued a permanent restraining order against Britney and her family until 2012, may be forced to foot Britney's legal bills.
Britney's lawyers asked a Los Angeles court last Friday to make Lutfi pay $123,142 in legal fees for the "courtroom battle over the restraining order," according to People.com.
"In addition, her lawyers are seeking $129,922 from Jon Eardley, an attorney who has challenged Jamie Spears's control over his daughter, and $72,292 from her ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Both Eardley and Ghalib were also ordered to stay away from the pop star."
A judge has not yet agreed to the request.
Lutfi recently appealed the restraining order, claiming there is "no evidence of threats or stalking or anything whatsoever," according to Lutfi's lawyer.
A date for Lutfi's trial is set for March 8, 2010.
