Adele shall release her new record as the leaves fall.
We speculate this because of EW magazine's cover with Lady Gaga out this morning. On the top reads a headline, “Fall Music Preview: New Albums From Adele / Prince/ Disclosure / Lana Del Rey.” Pretty straight forward, eh?
Aside from a release date, which isn't confirmed, we don't know much about the forthcoming record from the "Rolling In The Deep" singer. Kelly Clarkson said she "heard [Adele] is doing something more country influenced with this next record," but it's not fur sure. We do know she's recorded with Pharrell Williams, who says she's in and out of the studio in record time because of mommy duties.
She’s kinda like, ‘OK, guys, I’m gonna open my diary for 20 minutes.’ So it’s like, OK, you have 20 minutes, or 32 minutes really then she gives it to you and closes it up and disappears, and she’s off with her beautiful boy and that’s what it’s all about."
She may even feature a duet with Lady Gaga - the two hung out earlier this year but didn't specify if it was for business or pleasure (what the hell's a bro-down?).
Will her new music debut ahead of the Grammy deadline come Sept. 30? Guess we'll have to wait and see.
