Robin Thicke's next release is reportedly titled "Back Together."
Following his latest single titled "Morning Sun" from his upcoming eighth studio album is Thicke's Max Martin-produced collaboration with Nicki Minaj called "Back Together" out Aug. 11. We assume Thicke penned the single during the writing stages of his last studio record, 2014's Puala, an album with the sole purpose to woo ex-wife Paula Patton back into Thicke's open arms (what rhymes with hug me?).
You might recall the two teamed up in 2009 for "Shaking It For Daddy."
Perhaps this is the video Nicki shot yesterday?
Ironically, I'm shooting a VIDEO today😩— NICKI MINAJ (@NICKIMINAJ) July 21, 2015
Let's enjoy Thicke's recent success with "Morning Sun" and his Flo Rida-assisted tune before we begin rolling our eyes at all the irony that will certainly ensue.
