Rita Ora Debuts “Girls” With Charli XCX and RAYE

Sometimes I just wanna kiss girls, girls, girls.

Rita Ora made her musical return last Friday with the release of the Ed Sheeran-penned "Your Song" but that wasn't always intended to lead her new album campaign.

Instead, the Brit was supposed to kick things off with "Girls" - a lyrically empowering pop banger about kissing girls and celebrating women, featuring fellow UK starlets Charli XCX and RAYE.

The three singers previously collaborated on a V.I.P remix of Charli's "After the Afterparty" with Stefflon Don earlier this year, and their chemistry exuded as they debuted the new song onstage at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend.

Charli and RAYE joined Ora during her set to perform the track and lifted the crowd's spirits with their infectious feel-good energy.

I can understand that Rita ditched this for her lead to be associated with Sheeran's name right now but "Girls" is a much better song, so let's get that second single out right away for summer.

Listen to "Girls" below.
