Rihanna to Star in Amazon Original Musical Drama, “Annette”

And another one.

Rihanna has signed on to star in Annette, a "music-filled drama" film purchased by Amazon Studios.

The "Kiss It Better" songstress was rumored and now Variety has confirmed she has officially been cast alongside "Girls" star Adam Driver for the film, and filming will begin this spring.

2016 was an incredibly busy year for the star, who completed filming for two films and a huge role in the final season of Bates Motel, alongside her pop star duties (releasing "Anti," performing a sold-out world tour) and being a fashion designer.

While things are slowing down on the music front, it seems Rihanna doesn't want to stop working. (And fans don't want to stop listening, as "Love On The Brain" just became her 22nd Top 5 hit on Billboard... 14 months after "Anti" dropped. Legend.)

She will appear as Marion Crane in the final episodes of Bates Model this spring and has an exciting role in this summer's sci-fi epic Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.
