A court hearing was held this morning regarding Britney's restraining order against ex-manager Sam Lutfi.
According to TMZ.com, Lutfi is fighting the restraining order because he he never threatened Britney in any way.
Jamie Spears claims Lutfi allegedly had plans to reveal Spears family secrets, as well as undermining the conservatorship currently instated on Britney.
"I have not, in any alleged communications with Britney, her hairdresser or any other person, threatened any act of violence against Britney or her family," said Lutfi in recently filed legal papers.
"Lutfi claims he received anonymous text messages saying Jamie Spears was about to release a letter written by Brit "making serious accusations" against him."
UPDATE: According to Yahoo.com, "Judge Aviva K. Bobb extended a temporary restraining order against Sam Lutfi and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib until Wednesday morning. The singer's father, Jamie Spears, will be allowed to testify this afternoon to accommodate his travel schedule."
Bobb claimed a technicality and "busy court calendar" for delaying the hearing.
Lutfi, Ghalib or Britney did not appear in court this morning.
