Party Favor just dropped a serious banger titled "Give It To Me Twice" featuring Sean Kingston & Rich the Kid.
Diplo's record label Mad Decent backs the star-studded track, which marks the first taste of Party Favor's highly anticipated EP titled Party & Destroy.
"Give It to Me Twice" is led by the Los Angeles producer's crisp, vibey production, paired with Sean Kingston’s always cool, calm and collected island vibes while Rich the Kid spits high-energy hooks bar for bar.
"I went to the studio initially with Rich The Kid," Kingston tells BreatheHeavy.com of how the collaboration came about. "When we got to the session, there was just this magic vibe there. Rich The Kid was in the booth and he started going off on little stuff – it wasn't fitting the right direction for the song. I started humming different melodies and said, 'hey that sounds dope. You should go in and try that.' I went in and tried it and it sounded amazing. This is a dope record, this is a dope concept."
Kingston says EDM is a different beast and you've gotta give high energy to it. "It felt perfect," he said, adding that he wants to explore this sound on his forthcoming new record which he expects will drop in the coming months.
The track is a legitimate dance anthem that has potential to fly up the charts, but Kingston isn't worried about that. He wants listeners to just "have a good time" with it.
