The Daily Star claims today that the relationship of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline has reached crisis point. Friends say they even want separation!

According to an undisclosed source of a tabloid, Britney Spears has even consulted her lawyers about the repercussions if they don’t resolve their differences.

“Brit’s had all she can stand of the problems with Kevin,” a source claims.

“Britney needs a rest from the war. She explained to Kevin that the split would be temporary, that it would give them some breathing room to sort out their problems.” Last week, Britney Spears was at the centre of a break-up riddle when sources alleged the pop star had kicked her husband out of their Malibu home.

Just a quick note before the major announcement is made. Britney Spears and her management have officially greenlit the WoB album release party which will happen on Tuesday November 22nd at a giant upscale club in Hollywood between 8pm-2am. It will be limited to 500 fans on a first come, first serve basis by online RSVP.

This event will be GUEST LIST only and will be available exclusively to visitors of World of Britney.com and members of the Official Britney Spears fan club that live in California.

There will be a $10 cover charge (Official Fan Club members get in free). Ages 18 and up. People over 21 will receive a bracelet which will give them access to purchase drinks from the giant 50 foot bar. Everyone that attends the party will get access to all areas of the club (including VIP) and also receive a surprise gift bag! How cool is that?

For those of you who wish to attend the party and live out of state or will be in the area on the 22nd, you are welcome to attend, but the sign up process will be a little different.

In the recent weeks there have been rumors saying that Britney and Kevin are heading for the split. The pop diva has been reportedly bothered by the fact that her husband isn’t helping her with their newborn. He would rather party in night clubs than spend time at home. But Kevin also has reasons to be upset with his wife, as she reportedly laughed at him when the former dancer showed her his music.

It has also been said that, after a fight, Britney had kicked her hubby out of the house, and that he was living at a friend’s apartment. But, after that, there was complete silence. Silence filled by Spears’ representative, Leslie Sloane, with all sort of irrelevant information. After saying that Britney’s marriage was ‘OK’, the publicist denied not the fight, but Spears’ depression and tummy tuck.

“She is not depressed, nor has she had a tummy tuck. She is a 23-year-old mom who was in amazing shape before she got pregnant and was able to get back in shape after the baby arrived.”So the eager media is still keeping an eye on the couple.

That’s what Britney Spears did in “Crossroads,” when she sang along to “I Love Rock ‘N Roll,” and now JoJo follows suit, in her upcoming film debut, “R.V.”

“I made a conscious decision not to play a singer in a movie, so I’m definitely not [singing for real],” she said. “But in one of the scenes, I have to put on an iPod and just sing very off-key to a song I had no idea existed before, a song by Joan Jett. It’s so out of character for me!”
