Things couldn’t get much worse for Kevin Federline these days. A little over a week ago, “Y’all Ain’t Ready,” a track from his yet to be released album, was leaked to the internet amidst much criticism. Though Federline hoped to step out of his wife, Britney Spears’s shadow with an Eminem-like record, many are now comparing him to Vanilla Ice. Even Britney was rumored to have dissed the track. And to add insult to injury, Britney is now reportedly ready to give her husband of just over a year the boot. Kevin was never able to kick his bachelor habits – like partying late into the night at LA clubs – and Britney’s had enough. A confidant of Spears said to Australia’s NW, “Britney’s already seen the divorce lawyer. As it stands, the divorce papers are written up and all she has to do is give the word and they’ll be filed in the courthouse. She doesn’t want to divorce Kevin, but if that’s the best thing for her child and for her own sanity, that’s exactly what she’ll do.” Poor Kevin. It’s heard juggling the dual responsibilities of deadbeat dad and wannabe rapper.

MTV.com: Britney Spears is putting up the cash for her own B in the Mix: The Remixes release party, which is being hosted by her fan site WorldOfBritney.com. “I just wanted to say that I love the idea of all my fans getting together to celebrate the release of my new album,” Spears wrote in a statement to the site. “I was happy to help! I hope you have a great night out at the club and dance all night long!”

The party – which is being held at an unspecified club in Los Angeles on November 22, the night of the album’s release – is open to those who sign up through WOB or her official fan club, and will be limited to 500 fans. Details will be posted on both sites this week.

It seems as if pop tart Britney Spears can’t catch a break. Now she’s reportedly being dissed by Shakira. The Colombian singer dishes that she does not want to be compared to Britney Spears. So much so – Shakira says she is ‘horrified’ when compared to American singer Britney, according to a published report.

They are both blonde and gorgeous but Shakira notes that her taste in men is by far very different from Britney’s. And Softpedia reports that she is right, if one compares Kevin Federline – unemployed dancer and singer wannabe, to Antonio De La Rua – the son of former president Fernardon De La Rua. Shakira has dated the last for several years.
To the chagrin of her male fans singer Shakira has also declared that she won’t be doing nudity anytime soon.
The sexy Columbian singer has been advised by her mom – to keep her boobs and tush covered, and only show her sexy midriff.
She said: “My videos represent the artist in me very well, but not the kind of woman I am. When they watch my videos, people might think that I’m very sexually aggressive person, but I am completely the opposite.
I’m very shy of my body. The most I can show is my belly.
I admire people who can do nudes for the love of art. I can’t. And I wear enough to cover what my mother wishes I cover.”
Bummer guys. But there’s always Brit when she gets back into shape.

As confirmed by BMG Japan, there will be 14 tracks on the forthcoming remix album, to be released on the 30th November in Japan and 28th November worldwide.
Tracks 1-13 are the same as the UK version but the extra bonus track for the Japanese version includes a new remix of “Someday (I Will Understand)” which has not been released on any release so far.
