Britney is seen leaving the courthouse after her custody hearing. Several sources are reporting that Britney looked "somber," and had a few choice words when Extra asked her how the hearing was going by saying "Eat it, lick it, snort it, fuck it!" I don't blame her, I would hate to have cameras and reporters in my face during such a tense moment. TMZ is reporting that Britney will still have just one night a week visitation rights: "Testimony was given by both parties, the judge took the case under submission, but issued no ruling." By the sound of that, it looks like not much has changed. The judge is expected to make his ruling on Monday or Tuesday. More details developing... Click the play button to stream.

And people.com is reporting that Britney's lawyer, Sorrell Trope, was happy with how the hearing went: "The session ended with Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon making no ruling.
"There was testimony given by both parties," says court rep Meredith Pierce, "but Commissioner Gordon did not make a ruling today. He took the case under submission, meaning he'll consider both sides and will craft a new court order."
Spears's attorney, Sorrell Trope, said he was "absolutely satisfied" with the court session, and noted that Spears would continue to have overnight visitations with her sons.
"I left with a favorable feeling," he said.
The next hearing is Nov. 26."
