Not A Law Suit Post

Blog time!

Every once in awhile I like to clean out my car. And by once in awhile, I mean pretty much never; I hate cleaning. Sorry, mom. But today I was reading a THREAD about the different ways people wanted to kill me, and figured now was a perfect time to get the fuck away from the computer for a minute and do something that doesn't involve getting gutted and "throwing my liver up against the wall until it explodes."

As I was going through the water bottles, leftover Del Taco, nickles and CDs under the driver's seat, I found my old "Blackout" mixed CD with the original 12 tracks, the 3 bonus songs and the leaked extras.

Please tell me you remember Sugarfall, State of Grace, Kiss You All Over, 911, Pull Out, Baby Boy and Let Go.

It brought me back.

It brought me back to the days where I would listen to the music and enjoy it, unlike "Circus" where I listen and in the back of my mind know it was forced and rushed to make a quick buck. It brought me back to the days where Britney was a free spirit (don't twist this around) and the days where I wasn't reviewing restraining orders and defamation law suits.

THAT was music. It was art. It was creativity. It was epic.

This era is just un-fuckin-believable. Guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles...

Truly a 3-ring circus indeed.

And if I end up needing a liver transplant in the near future, I'll let y'all know. And yes, my car is clean! For now.
