Nicki Minaj doesn't need no. Frauds.
The rap queen took 2017 by the horns. Let's refresh your memory: in March, she dropped three new songs (#3PackFromPARIS), including "No Frauds" feat. Lil Wayne And Drake, "Changed It" feat. Lil Wayne and "Regret In Your Tears." But that wasn't all she had in store for us.
This year, Nicki starred in Jason Derulo's colorful clip for "Swalla," is a Mortal Kombat queen in the upcoming vid for her track with David Guetta and Lil Wayne on "Light My Body Up," teamed up with Future for an undisclosed project, featured on Gucci Mane's "Make Love," as well as Major Lazer's "Run Up" featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR and most recently a collab with DNCE on "Kissing Strangers." Are you still reading any of this? Cause that's a lot of text, songs.
But the "Anaconda" singer is shifting the focus back onto herself with a shiny new visual for "No Frauds." The Benny Boom-directed video is Nicki at her most ferocious. In one scene, Nicki mean mugs the camera in black leather and an oversized pale yellow fur coat. She also struts down an abandoned London street, wears an ornate headpiece and spits fire with Big Ben in the background and parties in a club. The vid also features the song's collaborators, Drake and Wayne. For Drizzy's part, the rapper eyes Nicki up and down in a secluded backroom and gets his party on. Lil Tunechi gets to catch a glimpse of Nicki as a literal queen.
