It's been almost a year since One Direction went on indefinite hiatus and in that time, the permanently exited Zayn Malik dropped an album, Liam Payne signed a record deal and Niall Horan launched his solo career at the end of last month.

Niall also sat down for a quick chat with Graham, to clarify his new song was not about anyone in particular and that 1D will be back when they're ready:
This Town has proven a strong start for the 23-year-old's solo venture, with the track rising from its #63 Billboard debut to #25 within a week. It also debuted at #6 in the United Kingdom and within the top 5 in Australia, Scotland and Niall's home country of Ireland.
Horan is set to perform the song on The Ellen Degeneres Show and NBC Today in the coming weeks, followed by a string of Jingle Ball appearances throughout December.
