One Direction will reunite in one form or another in the foreseeable future.
The guys of One Direction are all pursuing solo projects since disbanding last year. Zayn promptly dropped Mind of Mine, Harry Styles is filming a movie titled Dunkirk out in 2017 and recording his first solo album (with help from Bruno Mars and Max Martin), Liam Payne is also working on a solo album (alongside Pharrell Williams), Louis Tomlinson is busy being a dad and Niall Horan just launched his solo career with the mellow acoustic ditty "This Town."
While promoting his new record, Horan told The Sun the solo life won't last forever. “We will back,” Horan said of a One Direction reunion. "We would be silly not to… ridiculous.”
He added: “At the moment we are all doing our own thing. Harry wanted to do his movie and everyone is just chilling,” he said. “I don’t think anyone needs to worry about us. We are fine.”
Last month, Horan told The Graham Norton Show it could happen in the near future.
“I’m doing this, Harry’s doing a movie,” he said. “Harry did a movie. You know, we’re all doing our own bits and pieces. Can’t really put a date on it, but it’s not gonna be 50 years away. It’s in the foreseeable [future].”
Not here for it unless Zayn joins.
