Niall Horan's new single "Slow Hands" drops on Thursday (May 4).
Last December, Niall penned a letter to fans explaining that he needed to drop off the promo planet and continue writing and recording new music. “So when I haven’t been doing promo, I’ve been in the studio recording my album…I’m currently 8 songs deep and ready for more," Horan wrote. "I want to take my time with no pressure and make sure I get it right. I’m quite the self critic, which I like about myself. So I’ll let you know when I’m done.”

It appears the former One Directioner is finished. He has a new song titled "Slow Hands" out on Thursday. The "This Town" singer hopped onto social media to share the news and the whimsical countryside cover art. "I know you’ve been waiting and I’m delighted to announce my new single ‘Slow Hands’ will be out 4th May ! can’t wait for you all to hear it."
