Neon Trees return to music with their pop electro dance jam "Songs I Can't Listen To."
Have you ever made a playlist with your significant other where every time you hear a song from it, you dream up flowers floating in the wind, bask in warm sunlight and get that fuzzy feeling all over only to loathe it once the love goes awry? That's the inspiration behind Neon Trees' latest single, "Songs I Can't Listen To." And while pop music gets infiltrated with tracks from divas like Britney Spears, Hilary Duff and Charli XCX, Neon Trees creeps in with their high energy jam about love lost, penned by lead singer Tyler Glenn and Sugarcult's Tim Pagnotta off their fourth forthcoming record.
It's another hit for the group, who found major success with songs like "Animal" off their debut record Habits as well as "Everybody Talks" from their Picture Show album but stalled with last summer's Pop Psychology. "Song's I Can't Listen To" should give the band the resurgence they need!
