Miley Cyrus Sings ‘Silent Night’ in Bill Murray Christmas Special

When she isn’t making you say “WTF”, Miley reminds you that she can actually sing.

Bill Murray released a star-studded Christmas special, titled “A Very Murray Christmas”, on Netflix on Friday (Dec. 4), filled with cameos from A-list stars, including George Clooney and Amy Poehler. Among those special guests was Miley Cyrus, who left behind her usual theatrics to perform a beautiful rendition of “Silent Night” for the special.

Seems Bill became quite the Miley fan after recording the special with the usually provocative singer. The actor had nothing but nice things to say about working with Miley at the New York City premiere: “It was stunning to work with her. All you hear, is…what you hear – and then you work with her and realize, ‘OH!’ She’s really a trouper. She came through in a huge way for us.”

He also admitted to being impressed by her talent, saying: “When you hear her [on the radio] you go, ‘She’s not even really singing that, that’s all voice activated – it’s all tricked out.’ … None of that’s true. She’s really got it. She’s really got the pipes.”

Miley also joined Bill Murray and George Clooney to sing two more Christmas favorites: “Let It Snow” and “Sleigh Ride”.
