Britney arrived to the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles around noon on Monday.
"X17online photographers spotted Britney being driven by her bodyguard as she sat in the passenger seat, followed by another two cars."
Britney's kids Sean and Jayden were not seen in the car, but it's possible they are the reason for the hospital visit.
UPDATE: Photogs claim Britney walked into the children's wing of the hospital.
UPDATE: According to x17online.com, "Britney arrived at UCLA Medical Center's Mattel Children's Hospital with two cars following her and a police escort which was pre-planned. The caravan of cars wasn't didn't appear to be moving in a way that would suggest there was an emergency. The whole thing started around noon PT today when the three cars left Spears' Calabasas home, heading for Westwood."
Hospital reps cannot confirm nor deny the story, saying "we can't comment due to patient confidentiality."
Unconfirmed reports say one of Britney’s children was being treated in the emergency room, says Radaronline.com.

Kevin Federline lost some weight - and wants everyone to know about it!
"I looked pregnant," Kevin tells Entertainment Tonight in an interview that aired Thursday night.
"It was upsetting. It's [usually] easy for me to brush stuff off of my shoulder. [But] when I see a pictures [of me] like that, and people are calling me 'K- Fat,' I had to do something about it."
At 240 lbs., his heaviest ever, Kevin says he put on the weight because of his divorce with Britney, overeating and a slower metabolism.
Excuses, excuses, excuses...
"I loved to eat pizza and pasta, so between not working out, and turning 30 years old, [the weight] started coming on real fast. I had my own mother telling me she’s worried about my health."
Kevin goes on to say him and "Brit are good!"
"I don't talk about those things anymore. It's in the past. We've come a long way and I'm happy where we are now. Everyone knows we had a tough road.”
Props to him for losing the weight, though. UGH, did I just say that?
Funny no pictures surfaced of Britney leaving her conservatorship hearing on Jan. 22. Is it because Britney's handlers wanted to hide her face?
Britney "completely broke down" on her way home from the hearing with judge Reva Goetz after realizing she may never be free from her father's control, according to new reports.
Sources claim once Britney arrived home, she "tore into [Jamie] like a mad woman."
"Her bodyguards had to physically restrain her from hitting Jamie. It was a terrible scene. Britney was totally out of control."
According to The National Enquirer, Britney hoped to speak to judge Goetz in private, but her request was denied. Britney then endured her doctors praising Jamie for her progress over the past two years. The court also allegedly told Britney she is still incapable of handling her own personal or medical affairs.
Britney then called Kevin on her way home and told him "she wants to flee the country with the boys," says the source.
As a result, Jamie hired two more bodyguards, including one stationed outside her bedroom door.
Somehow I'm thinking Britney would lose her shit if that's really true.
"Her family is very worried because Britney hasn't acted out like this in a long time," said a source in regards to Britney attempting to damage some surveillance equipment used to monitor her.
While Britney was out about recording music in Miami, Kevin took the opportunity to spend some quality time with his sons Sean & Jayden at a park in L.A.
The boys spent time with their half brother and sister from Kevin's first baby mama Shar Jackson.

Chief marketing officer Dari Marder hints Britney will wear a Candie's dress in a recent Tweet, saying:

Singer Taylor Swift's "Fairytale" broke Britney's digital downloads record, reports MTV.com.

According to Nielsen SoundScan, Swift's "Fairytale" sold about 325,000 units since it dropped last week, making it the number one downloaded song of the week.
Britney previously held the record for "Womanizer," which sold 286,000 units.
The government owes Britney and ex-husband Kevin Federline $50,000, according to TMZ.
"The money is from an unclaimed interest fund earned from either a joint property the ex-couple sold back in Louisiana, or some shared income tax filed several years ago."
The government is simply waiting for the two to step forward and claim it.
But because the refund is jointly owned, Britney and Kevin must determine how the money will be divided.
Five bucks says she'll just give him the loot to shut him up and not deal with the drama. She's used to it anyway!
Singer / Song-writer Keri Hilson opened up to OK! about working with Britney, saying she had a very pleasant experience.
“She wasn’t tough to write for at all,” says Hilson. “But we knew before we went in that she did not want it to be biographical,” she continues on her experience with Brit. “She definitely wanted to escape her reality so we knew how to approach it.”
Hilson did add that though Britney was not part of the song-writing process for "Gimme More," she is “a very sweet girl.”
“She works very hard and she really knows her role very very very well and I think she is a visual artist,” Keri adds. “The moment she hears a song she is imagining the video and imagining herself onstage which was amazing to me, which I think I’ve seen that very rarely.”
