Mariah Carey will breathe new life into her "Infinity" single.
Ahead of receiving her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Wednesday afternoon, Mariah Carey shared several behind-the-scenes sneak peeks of her new "Infinity" remix alongside French Montana and producer DJ Suss One. The two first hooked up in the studio last week alongside Justin Bieber, and it appears their work wasn't finished.
Mariah might use the remix to re-introduce her recent #1 To Infinity singles collection as she prepares her ventures this and next year. The elusive chanteuse just signed with UTA, who’s setting her up with Christmas shows in New York, a European Tour in the spring and is directing her very own Hallmark movie for TV. It was also announced at Mariah's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony she's joining season two of Empire.
Her collaboration with Bieber happened unexpectedly. TMZ reports Bieber just showed up to their recording session last week, told Carey he was a huge fan and insisted he jump on the track - Bieber recorded vocals right then and there. Either Mariah loved it and her latest studio sesh with French is to somehow incoporate the Biebs, or she's just redoing the clip altogether. Either way, Mariah Carey is in the recording studio.
