Mariah Carey leaves CAA for UTA and will embark on a European tour in the spring.
Out with the old, in with the new for Mariah Carey! After parting ways with her publicist of 15 years in April and hiring Chris Chambers instead - who represents Drake and Lil Wayne - and signing on new management with TV producers/managers Stella Bulochnikov and Brian Sher, it appears Mariah wasn't finished swinging the ax. Carey will now see representation from UTA in all areas including music, touring, film, television, digital, licensing and endorsements, reports Billboard.
In December, Mariah will perform a series of Christmas concerts in New York City before kicking off another run of "Infinity" shows in Las Vegas then embarking on a European tour in the spring (her first European tour in 13 years) - all set up by UTA.
It's also being reported Mariah will direct a TV movie for Hallmark, and if UTA has any hand in that we thank them in advance.
