Major Lazer and Justin Bieber brought out the big guns for a series of "Cold Water" remixes.
Justin Bieber hopped on a handful of Hot 100 hits this summer that don't reside on his chart-topping album Purpose. He recently struck pop music gold with features on Post Malone's "Deja Vu," and DJ Snake's "Let Me Love You," but his biggest success is easily his latest collabo with Diplo, Jillionaire, and Walshy Fire of Major Lazer on "Cold Water," which features MØ and co-written by Benny Blanco and Ed Sheeran. They enlisted the mad talents of a few superstar production masterminds / DJs to reimagine the song, including a "tropical rendition from Lost Frequencies, misty future vibes from Ocular, reggae-tinges trap from Delirious and Alex K, minimal dub from Boombax Cartel, Dutch synth work from Afrojack, and island paradise rhythms from King Henry and Jr Blender," Billboard reports.
