Macklemore, Ryan Lewis and their assorted guests took to the Tonight Show stage to perform their new single "Downtown."
After making a modest impact on the Hot 100, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis are trying to amp some excitement for the lead single from the follow up to 2012's 'The Heist.' Despite being a pretty polarizing track, "Downtown" gets better with every listen and the performance gave it a spark that studio version's so sorely missing. Will it boost the song to the dizzying heights of "Thrift Shop"? Unlikely, but it's probably a little premature to call time of death on this one yet.
