Trip out with Lolawolf and Miley Cyrus on their new song together titled "Teardrop."
Earlier this year, Lolawolf, made up of Zoë Kravitz, keyboardist James Levy and drummer/producer Jimmy Giannopoulos, dropped an eerie visual with Cyrus. It showed Cyrus and Kravitz play cards, drink and smoke blunts sans pants in a jank hotel room while documenting it through a colorful low quality lens. Their new song with Cyrus on "Teardrop" is equally mind-bending – it features low and high robotic voices, zany hooks and the oddball-pop Cyrus brought with her Dead Petz record.
"We're trying to be as melodic as we can be and keep it hard (as far as what we think is hard) to make us feel good," Giannopoulos tells Zane Lowe on his Beats 1 radio show on Apple Music. Kravitz mentions recording their new album in L.A., New York and the Bahamas, which they hope will be ready by the end of summer.
