Leona Lewis pours her heart into “Thunder.”
Following a six year absence from the American charts, Leona Lewis wants to regain control with the help of her new label Island Def Jam to take her back to the soaring heights her #1 US debut “Bleeding Love” reached. Following the UK May release of “Fire Under My Feet” is her U.S. roaring effort titled “Thunder,” a true-to-form mid-tempo tune crafted for feet tapping and radio airwaves.
“‘Thunder’ is a song that is so close to my heart,” Lewis tells Idolator of the song. “I wrote it about the strength of rising after the fall and I’m thankful to be able share it.”
